35bdt is an online gaming and betting platform built with Bangladeshi users in mind. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you are giving your clear consent to all the terms and conditions listed below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the 35bdt platform. 35bdt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make every effort to notify users. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

The following words and phrases are used in these terms with the meanings given below:

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 35bdt, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• An account may not be transferred, sold, or made available for use by a third party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

35bdt may request identity verification at any time to ensure a secure and transparent environment. This may include a government-issued ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

35bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of someone else.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to commit fraud, manipulation, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Violating applicable laws or platform policies.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 35bdt platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). All deposits are secured by SSL encryption.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
• Deposited funds will be added directly to the account where applicable.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes. At the time of the withdrawal request, your account must have sufficient balance, and withdrawals may be held if any bonus wagering requirement is incomplete.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• If KYC verification is not complete, there may be a delay in processing withdrawals.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

35bdt offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering conditions. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering calculations apply only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after completing ৳15,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be displayed at the time the bonus is issued.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 35bdt reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.
• 35bdt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balance is kept separate from cash balance. The bonus amount is not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

35bdt is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated through verified software providers. Results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other automated method.
• Any attempt to manipulate the game system.
• Placing bets in collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Following any method to circumvent bonus terms.

6.3 Sports Betting

Various markets are available in the 35bdt sports betting section, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, international competitions), kabaddi, and other sports. All markets will be settled according to the displayed rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow the specific rules for that sport.

6.4 Technical Errors

If any game or betting result is affected by a technical error, 35bdt reserves the right to void that result and refund the stake. Abnormal winnings obtained due to an error may be forfeited.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a user's consistent activity and loyalty. Cashback is calculated weekly and added to the relevant account subject to applicable conditions. 35bdt reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

11.1 Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

35bdt reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via a notice on the platform. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the updated terms.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing the account. Recovery of the balance of a closed account is possible through a specific verification process.

11.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and all services of 35bdt are governed in accordance with applicable law. If any dispute arises, both parties will first attempt to reach a friendly resolution. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be settled through the appropriate jurisdiction.
